Last week Andy, Gakuto, Danny, Taro, Leo, Sarah, Saaya, Gigi, and Laura spent Spring Break in Udon Thani, Thailand. While there, we cooked meals for the local villagers and monks, planted mango trees and built a fence for a kindergarten, and taught an English lesson to middle-schoolers.
We also learned about northern Thai culture by visiting temples and markets and by taking a Muay Thai lesson. It was an unforgettable adventure! This was our third annual service-based trip organized by Rustic Pathways. Where will we go next year? Stay tuned …
