Last the week the KAIS robotics program took 4 teams to Taipei to compete at the Vex Robotics Tournament held at Taipei American School. Everyone worked hard and even sacrificed some much needed sleep the night before the tournament to make sure their robots were in working order for the big competition. All of our teams were competitive and had many successful matches. One team made it as far as the semifinals in the elimination matches where they were unfortunately defeated by the team who won the whole tournament. Congratulations to team 4042Z! Outside of the tournament, we enjoyed much of what Taipei has to offer, including night markets, dumplings, and lots of bubble tea.Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a great trip!
