We’d like to share a quick, 20 second read from the mind of best selling author and former business executive Seth Godin. In the home and early in life is where this discussion begins. Small children are very concerned with what is fair. On the playground conceptions of and values regarding fairness and individual rights are put to the test; and as they grow into adults, their understanding of these conceptions and values should continue to evolve. Freedom, fairness, and equality do not exist in a vacuum. They require responsibility, empathy, and effort.
