In American culture, it is every high schoolers’ dream to go to PROM. We’re bringing that experience to KAIS by having our own prom, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, on Friday, May 25th. We want students to have the full prom experience with a photo area, food, drinks, music and lots of dancing. The prom will be at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo near Mejiro Station and will start at 6pm and end at 9pm.The dress code is on the formal side (slacks and dress shirts for guys; dresses, skirts with formal blouses, formal jumpsuits for girls). Teachers will also be attending as chaperones for the event. This event is open to all students of all grade levels, and students can bring a date (though it is not mandatory). The ticket price for KAIS students is ￥8,000 and ￥8,500 for non-KAIS attendees. A ticket discount program for KAIS students is available and a majority of the KAIS attendees are participating in the program. We hope that students will enjoy this experience and that this event will become a new KAIS tradition!
