We are excited to introduce our new parent-teacher-student weekly workout program: Wednesday Workouts with Wes Wing (now that’s a lot of W’s!). WWWWW will be loaded with simple, fun, exercises like plyometrics, circuits, resistance training, cardio, and more. So, c’mon over! The class runs from 4:30 to 5:30pm every Wednesday evening.
