We’d like to remind all parents to sign and submit the release form enabling your child to participate in the upcoming Experience Japan Trip. The forms were included in the Open House packets, which was sent home with your child on Friday if you didn’t attend that event. We’re also providing a digital copy here. All forms must be signed and submitted by Monday, September 30th.
