It’s happening next week! This afternoon, all KAIS students attended an orientation about the trip and were sent home with an information packet that includes a detailed itinerary, meeting points with maps, and a packing list. Please look it over together this weekend. All items ont the packing list are important to remember, but we’d like for you to make sure your child has their insurance card (or a copy of it) with them. If you are planning to pick your child up at Tokyo Station on Friday evening, please contact Kyoko. and we will make sure your child meets at you at the designated area. Otherwise, we will let students find their way home independently. We are super excited about the Experience Japan Trip this year.
