Our amazing yoga teacher, Em, is organizing a pet food drive for an animal shelter in Niigata. This shelter rescued many animals from the Fukushima evacuation zone and is still caring for a few dogs from Fukushima.
This is her eighth year running this event and KAIS will be involved again this year. Last year was the biggest year so far. Can you help her make it even bigger this year?
During this season of giving, we ask that you add a couple of cans of pet food, a bag of biscuits or even cat litter to your shopping basket. In addition to food, you can buy pet toys, treats and if you have old blankets for warmth in the cold Niigata winter, they would be also be put to good use.
Goods can be dropped off at KAIS until December 13th (Friday). All items collected will then be delivered to our furry friends over the New Year period.
