Let’s polish off this week’s newsletter off by looking at how we spend our time—and we mean literally looking at it. After sleep is accounted for, we each have about 1,000 minutes every day. By grouping those minutes into 100 10-minute blocks, we can get a good look at how our time is spent. This article explains how we can see our time, and gives provides a good starting point to ask questions like, which are your favorite blocks of the day, and which are your least favorite? Which blocks should be treated as non-negotiable and which should be more flexible? As we kick off a new semester, it’s a great time to reflect on how our time is spent so we can better manage and enjoy our waking moments of each day.
