Our 11th annual ski and snowboard weekend is coming up next week! During the weekend of February 21st-23rd we are going to northern Gunma, an incredible ski and snowboard area. Minakami offers superb skiing for every age and level.
We will stay at the cozy Tenjin Lodge in the center of Minakami.

Students will be provided skis and snowboards, but should bring their own ski wear (goggles, gloves, waterproof pants, jacket). These are also available for renting at the lodge for an added price. If you plan to rent any ski wear, please bring cash and pay at the lodge. Besides this added rental fee and snacks there won’t be many opportunities for students to spend money, so please limit the spending money you give your child to ¥4000-¥5000. This money can be used for buying snacks and drinks during the day or in the evening, and for a light dinner on the train ride home Sunday night.
