Studies have shown that students and educators can reduce stress, better regulate emotions, and focus more fully on teaching and learning by tuning into their inner selves. Mindful meditation has also been shown to improve relationships and academic performance. Beginning Monday, May 8th, KAIS will hold morning guided meditation sessions for students who are interested in reaping the benefits of mindfulness.
