A big thank you everyone who kindly donated to our pet food drive set up by Em Bettinger, our yoga instructor of 9 years at KAIS. In total 108 boxes of food and essentials were delivered to Animal Guard in Nigata, home to nearly 100 Fukushima rescues. In order to get everything delivered we had to make two journeys! Together you all made a difference. A big shout out to Laura’s homeroom at KAIS who donated the most food and were rewarded with a homemade Mexican meal. We look forward to helping Animal Guard in the future.
